Sara made a short and inspirational video about money by sharing 12 useful money manifestation tips in a very sweet way, showing us that it is okay to talk about money as well as to want money. It is part of our life and we all need it. And we are all sometimes (or some people always) in situations I believe in which we feel we lack finances and very often even with hard work we are not financially rewarded enough. How to sort this problem out? Do we have some limiting persuasions in our mind which might be causing this?
We should not feel shame about money, no matter what we do.
We have certain beliefs about money which are unfortunately crazy and causing so much issues in our life. We have to accept money as part of our life and to understand that money is a physical form of our work which is the energy we give out and we have to welcome this in our reality. With money we are paying for our food, accommodation, etc. It is a completely different chapter when someone is using money for harmful purposes but this is a problem not of the money, it is problem of the PEOPLE. Money is not bad. What I learned in my life earlier is that money is not changing people (even though we hear it so regularly) , money is showing the character of people and this is very true !
What does it mean to be rich ?
Well for us, without doubt it is not just about numbers in your account. It is about how you are, your essence and what you have but not necessarily what you own.
We understand power in two ways ; DESTRUCTIVE POWER & LOVING POWER. When we mention word power in videos or blogs we mean LOVING POWER.
By that we mean power to create, power as strength, power to be who you really are, power to do what you love. SO I AM rich means that you have loving family, you have loving friends etc. Experience is making us very rich. Knowledge is making us rich… So please say I am rich because trust me you really are because there are plenty of reasons what is making us to be really RICH, of course money included.
Word , words , words.
Oh yes, believe me, thoughts, therefore words, therefore actions, are creating our physical existence. It does matter what words we use, what we say , how we call ourselves and others. You are manifesting what you are saying. It is proven if you will repeat xy times that you are stupid, this will become your reality. If you will repeat that you are rich and (as Sara said in the video) elegant, this is going to be your reality, too. So say and feel your truth for yourself.
You are good, be good but not too good.
Sometimes we give so much that we completely exhaust ourselves and we have no energy left for us. Don’t let other people to manipulate you and use you. In connection to money give only what you really can feel good about giving, not more. Put yourself first, all the time. Don’t be selfish but be self - loving.
If you decide to do any visualisation to help you manifest life you want do it in the most natural way possible, DO NOT FORCE IT. It is not something we have to learn we do it automatically everyday. If we dream about something we want we automatically visualize and there is nothing wrong about it. Just think of something that you love and makes you happy and this is the way how to visualize correctly and naturally.
The golden rule is to never generate pressure on anything you want . Say your wish and believe if it is meant to be to happen it will happen and create that space for manifestation and mainly ACCEPT what you have now. If you don’t accept your present then more likely you won’t get what you want.
12 TOP MONEY MANIFESTATION TIPS MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO

Give to yourself and to all others the gift of being present and grounded in your body on this planet. If you are here, it is because this is where you are supposed to be. You have the right to exist because you were born. Choose the commitment and responsibility to ground and be truly alive. Sign a declaration committing to be present in the here and now. Grounding is a secure anchoring, a deep rootedness of simply being which brings you unwavering presence with all that is.
You live where the unlimited skies, full of possibilities, meet the magnetic pull of Earth’s embrace. Rooted into the depths of the earth, a tree grows tall. Like the trees, the more rooted and nurtured you are, the higher you can reach up towards the light. When better grounded to the Earth, which gives, upholds, promotes life, you can better connect to the Universe, which guides and directs. Trees live safe in the knowledge that day by day they are totally supported by the earth, water, air and sun. They choose to listen to their innate wisdom and grow. They never freeze in fear.
To fully ground, overcome and replace doubt and fear with trust and love. Fear must never be mistaken for the excitement of being truly present and alive. Many of us, consciously or subconsciously on some level, might wish we weren’t alive. Stressors and false beliefs can create a greater fear of life, than of death. The reality is that you can live safe in the knowledge that you can choose thriving instead of surviving. You can choose to listen to your innate wisdom and to grow, expand and heal, instead of contracting in fear. Our brain is built to resist change. However, it is time for us all to courageously embrace transformation. Life may challenge you, pushing you out of your comfort zone, urging you to ask the bigger questions. It can force you to face any fears that might have been stopping you from following your heart.
You can stay in your body by breathing into your sacrum/tail- bone and releasing any fear on each out breath. If you stay in your head instead, your mind might chatter stuff that makes you lose confidence. Once grounded you can gradually increase your body awareness. This way you can experience your own inherent wisdom and how the body’s ability to heal is hugely underestimated. We can all learn to treat our body as the beautiful organism of awareness it is. Let’s come to our senses and respect, show gratitude, and ask for forgiveness for the times when we have abused and not listened to it. One or all parts of the body might want to dialogue so we can listen to and feel sensations without judgment.
What messages does it have? Are there any tensions which could do with softening? Any cell memories of physical and emotional traumas which want to be heard so that these blockages can be released? Clearing blockages is key. Is it at all possible to meet pain with gratitude for the message it brings, and then let it go, instead of resisting it? If you take your awareness to a place of dis-ease in your body, what does the dis-ease mean to you? If you talked with it, how would the conversation go? Grounding can help you to gain clarity. It can allow you to experience the wisdom of your body and escape a fearful mind. Making the commitment to ground in your body could be one of the most important steps you make.
We must not overlook our bioelectric connection to earth, sky and every living organism. Science is now validating what ancient healers and intuitives instinctively knew. Literally connecting to nature facilitates the rush of free electrons through your skin. Standing barefoot in nature and grounding, also known as earthing, allows nature’s energy to flow through you with greater ease. Research suggests that the simplicity of reconnecting your body to Earth brings with it a multitude of health benefits. These free electrons play an essential role in preventing chronic inflammation, pain and dis-ease.
Living in homes insulated from nature, wearing shoes, sleeping off the ground are all factors affecting our grounding/earthing. Grounding acts as a powerful protective shield reducing the effects of electromagnetic fields. As well as grounding it is best to avoid electronic devices such as electric blankets, mobile phones, florescent lights, television sets, computers, microwaves, lamps and alarm clocks. These all emit EMFs which are individually tested as safe, but prolonged exposure and summation of their waves/frequencies can act as stressors to our body. The effects of human made EMFs and how they disrupt natural more subtle electromagnetic forces are only just beginning to be understood.
Enjoy walking barefoot in nature, swimming and jumping around in natural sources of water such as the rain, oceans, rivers, lakes, streams, ponds and springs. A great number of nerve endings focus on the soles of your feet. This becomes apparent when you experience the joy of Reflexology, or walking on soft moss, curling your toes into the earth, stepping through a flowing river, wet sand.... Life becomes ‘foreplay.’ As well as the sensual pleasure of touch, you are rewarded with nature’s energy rushing through your skin. Grow roots out of your paws. Connect to the centre of the earth and feel completely supported and nurtured.
Grounding is key to every aspect of the physical dimension. To manifest a healthy and happy life you must learn to be grounded so that you can, in turn, ground your visions into physical reality. Live life fully, showing up for the experiences she brings each moment. Once grounding has been established, you are present and can commence this process in the now. You are here, as you wholly deserve to be.

I just want to remind us all that even though things may seem unhappy at the moment there is always something we can be grateful for. Nothing is as bad as it seems and we should see every situation as the opportunity to grow. Try to look for the blessing in every aspect of your life and it will give you a completely different perspective. And gratitude is uplifting our mood and energy because thanks to gratitude we are able to focus on what we actually have instead of what we lack.
How many times did you say thank you today ?
Can you say out loud what exactly you are grateful for today?
How does it feel?
Please make sure you are aware of so many blessings in your life every day .
Thank you very much for reading this article and watching the video .
Over 80% of all of our cells are bacteria cells. We share a symbiotic relationship in which we provide their environment and they carry out a series of functions for us. They are in charge of over 80% of our immunological memory. They protect us by consuming microbes and yeasts such as Candida Albicans, and help to release vitamin K, biotin, folic acid and B12 from foods. Together with fibre, they also aid in the removal of certain toxins, such as oestrogenic chemicals, nitrosamines and heavy metals. These friendly bacteria love it when we feed them chicory, celery, onions, garlic, asparagus, beetroots, Jerusalem artichokes, seeds and nuts… and are harmed by chlorinated water, drugs, smoking, alcohol, certain GM foods, antibiotics, steroids, sugar… Our body needs the friendly bacteria because if they are healthy, so are we.
However, if we permit the fungus Candida Albicans to take over, it can have widespread effects, it mimics oestrogen and affects thyroid function, and it has been linked to cancer, IBS, allergies, anxiety, depression, joint pain, brain fog, constant hangover, headaches, breathing difficulties, skin conditions…. Candida’s greatest culprits are thought to be antibiotics and chemotherapy, which, combined with our addiction to sugar, allow it to thrive and overload your immunity. An alkaline diet, rich in antifungal and fermented foods supports our gut ecology. Dealing with candida overgrowth can rebalance the system, freeing up a lot of energy and greatly decreasing the levels of toxicity. Let’s take control of our body ecology, be the captain of our ship. We want a whole civilisation in our gut.
Eat mindfully, slowly, savour and chew well. There are many conflicting candida diets, with varying degrees of strictness. Essentially go for an alkaline diet which avoids sugars in the form of most processed foods, starchy or high glycemic carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, white rice, alcohol, dairy and even fruit (except nutrient rich, low sugar berries). These all rapidly increase blood sugar levels and feed candida and cancer cells. As well as all sugars, avoid gluten as this can aggravate the intestinal wall and make it susceptible to invasion.
In addition to candida, most of us have parasites taking up our energy and releasing toxins into our system. They can cause inflammatory responses, use up important nutrients, produce toxins, and raise the chances of dis-ease.
Parasite and Candida Cleanse:
To boost immunity take Astragalus.
Alternate between taking antifungal and antiparasitic wormwood and green black walnut hull, for one week and olive leaf for the next.
Garlic – (in moderation as might have neurotoxic effects)
Coconut oil – ideally raw, use internally and externally
You can also take Pau d’arco, however symptoms tend to worsen initially as the parasites die off releasing toxins into your system, so listen to your body’s response and don’t overdo it.
(Sodium bicarbonate or Lugol’s solution are also often used to rebalance gut ecology)
To help with the die off reaction, clear and flush the toxins out using Psyllium husks and Bentonite. Aloe Vera is also very cleansing. Drink lots of pure alkaline water and get lots of rest. Molybdenum can also help with die off symptoms. Beans (adzuki, lima, black, red kidney...), walnuts, lentils, seeds… are all good natural sources of molybdenum and other nutrients.
Focus on supporting your bacteria friends. As well as the prebiotics mentioned above, you must also consume probiotics. It is especially important to repopulate whenever you take antibiotics. To replenish friendly bacteria, you could buy good quality multi strain probiotics, but I much prefer eating fermented foods. Before fridges and pasteurization, irradiation, increased use of preservatives… we used to eat more fermented probiotic rich foods.
Probiotics from nutritious food sources such as sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, natto, miso, amazake, coconut kefir and natto are thought to be stronger than probiotic supplements, they can survive the stomach’s hydrochloric acid. Additionally, fermented proteins are more easily digested. In fermented foods everything is predigested.
The following are some options;
Fermented soy products – miso, tempeh, natto
Kefir – You can buy some kefir grains cheaply or get some off a friend who has grown some. Make your own kefir using coconut milk.
Sauerkraut - Some studies show fermented cabbage has compounds that may prevent the growth of cancer. Beets, carrots, radishes are also great fermented.
Try making yogurt from bee pollen; 1 litre of almond milk to 10 tbsp of pollen, or make your own cheese from fermented seeds.
Adding alkalising immune boosting superfoods also helps to establish a healthy gut ecology;
The following supplements support healing a gut damaged by dysbiosis:
(Excerpt from Cancer, a Catalyst for Consciousness?: Over 100 Ways to Love You Into Blissful Health by Sara Raso )
Ram Dass said “If you think you’re enlightened, go and spend a week with your family.”
To me these are indeed words of wisdom. I was raised in a family in which judgements and shame were handed down to me with such certainty, I believed them. Simply being me was not good enough so I tried to be perfect in their hardened eyes, but that was an unreachable goal with no finish line. It took me a long time to realise the extent to which their constant criticism was more destructive than constructive, and also so much more about them than it was about me.
As humans are we perfect? Everyone is and everyone also isn’t, so why do we feel the need to point the latter out? It only encourages us to hide our real selves with all of the fear, and all of the shame, behind a mask or many, such as that of perfectionism. I unconsciously must have worn every mask possible. I started out as the cute, family mascot. However, in some families lightening the mood is a hard role to keep up, and you are not taken seriously, so you are not listened to. I gave that up and played the soft spoken lost child, totally ungrounded and lonely, but I had a cat, a terrapin and other four-legged friends. As I’ve mentioned, I handed over my power to play being “perfect” but I have also stood firmly in the spotlight of shame to star as the unhinged, tattooed, gay, vegan, over sentimental, foolish… family scapegoat. By choosing to perform these parts, I was sentencing myself to a lonely life without real intimacy. We abandon our true selves, to play exhausting roles, all in the hope we’ll stay safe; that we will get a reprieve. The irony is that in doing so we lose connection and real love, and the opportunity for healing to occur. We stay small and deny life.
Why judge anyone ever? What do we want to achieve by this? Does it help us to feel seconds of separateness and superiority, before our crazy mind flickers to the next thought? The plant or animal kingdom do not waste their life force energy on judging. Let’s not judge ourselves for judging, we all do it, but could we do so from a compassionate place of self love? Who do you judge? What is it you judge in others? Is it the very same you are either judging or repressing in yourself? Could you accept it? Could you love it? Could you cradle it like a newborn, and welcome it into your wholeness? Why would we ever choose judgement over love?
What would happen if you were so truly you that you never judged yourself, never judged anyone again? Authenticity wipes out the judgers. When it speaks loudly and clearly, they run out of your life. Or, with loving power, you find you have the courage to walk out of theirs. Egos judge love as too simple, but when you accept the vast expansiveness of this universe with its myriad perspectives, your heart laughs at the blinkered black and white, good and bad judgements thrown around with such apparent authoritativeness. How would you feel if no-one ever judged you again? And if they did, it glided swiftly right through your wide open heart and out of the other side. This is the freedom love brings.
Have you experienced similar dynamics in your family? What emotions do you feel around family members?
The past few weeks have been peaking in intensity. All that clearing has felt like a roller coster ride. One minute you are clearing heavy emotions, the next you are reaping the rewards this brings, then you find yourself thrown back into your darkness. It’s perfect. Everything is, and the more imperfect you can allow yourself to be, the more clearly you will see your perfection. In this game of waking up from duality to oneness, we are shown every perspective, the whole of us.
The September new moon in Virgo, the perfectionist, marked a shedding of skin and with this too, those foggy, old compulsive habits, which have been keeping you from seeing the real you. It is not always easy to look into the eyes of your wounded inner child and accept the extent to which they have suffered. Virgo, a powerful healer, encourages you to gently slow down and allow deeper healing. Hopefully you have been taking the time to digest all of the recent expansion. It may all be sinking in and assimilating. Just one blockage of energy clearing can have a domino effect. Watch your dreams for insights and you will also witness the intense clearing you are experiencing. Rest and renew. After all, times of inactivity do tend to give birth to times of intense activity, it is best to replenish for what lies ahead.
Virgo, likes the little things, those tiny changes such as replacing outdated, unhealthy ways, which combined can create an uproar commencing in October.
The full moon on the 5th, in the fiery Aries, invites you to step forward and really start living. The mist has been more noticeably dissipating than ever, to reveal your heart’s desires, unobstructed, before you, still standing strong despite your years of distractions.
In October 2017, the universe beckons you and asks you to step forward with responsibility and power. Make sure your power is loving, emanating from your heart and not your ego. Grounded, here, in the now, you will feel energised and able to address those previously impossible visions and dreams, seamlessly.
